The Center for Reproductive Medicine, including all 4 physicians, are participating providers in many insurance plans including Blue Cross, Premier Blue, Blue Select, Aetna, and Cigna. Many insurance plans have limitations on their coverage of infertility. There are medical conditions which increase the
chance of infertility and diagnostic testing for these conditions may
be a covered service. At your new patient appointment, we will attempt to contact your insurance carrier and to identify your benefits.
The Center for Reproductive Medicine will bill claims to your insurance carrier for covered services. If treatment is excluded or if we are not participating providers, we will request payment at the time of service.
