Laura Tatpati, MD - The Center for Reproductive Medicine - Wichita, KS
Dr. Tatpati completed both her undergraduate studies, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and medical degree, at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita. She completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, in Rochester, Minnesota. She is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Along with being a fellow in the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, she is also a member of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Tatpati's interests include polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian aging and patient and medical trainee education programs, including medical simulation. She is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita. Dr. Tatpati was awarded the Helping Hands teaching award by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Class of 2009. She is a 2010-2012 Clinical Research/Reproductive Scientist Training (CREST) Scholar which is a joint training program awarded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), the Clinical Research Training Program (CRTP) at Duke University, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
